By creating an account or using Cyberian, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Cyberian is an API quality scanner. You submit an API URL, we run automated checks against it and return a quality score with detailed findings. The service is provided "as is". Scores are informational and not a substitute for a proper security audit or certification.
You agree to use Cyberian only on APIs you own or have explicit written permission to scan. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
Free plan users get 5 scans per month at no cost. Paid plans (Dev, Team, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled case by case. Reach out within 7 days of a charge if you have a problem.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Scans may fail if the target API is unreachable, rate-limits our scanner, or returns unexpected responses. In such cases no scan credit is deducted.
Cyberian is not liable for damages arising from scan results, downtime, data loss, or misuse of the service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.
The Cyberian name, logo, and software are the intellectual property of the creator. You retain ownership of your scan data. You grant us a limited licence to process your scan data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
